For the love of oats!

This is a collection of recipes from my Reel & Tik Tok series by the same name. I make breakfast inspired by desserts using the power of oats. These are a great way to have pudding for breakfast: they're healthy, full of good stuff to keep you going all morning and, most importantly, they're delicious.

Tarte Tatin

1 Apple

20g Sugar

250mL Milk of choice

10g Butter

1/2 Lemon, juiced

2 Tbs Water

40g Rolled Oats

250 mL Milk of choice

1 tsp Brown sugar

1 tsp Stem ginger syrup

1 carrot

1 Apple

90g Rolled Oats

150mL Milk of choice

1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

1 Tbs Yogurt

2 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Maple syrup

100g Cream cheese

100g Yogurt

4 tsp Maple syrup

Walnuts for topping

Carrot Cake Porridge
Apple Blackberry Crumble Porridge

Apple & Blackberry Crumble

2 Apples

1 Cup Blackberries

1/2 Lemon, juiced

1 tsp Sugar

1 Cup Milk of choice

1/2 Cup Rolled oats

10g Butter

1 Tbs Rolled oats

1 Tbs Granola of choice (or more rolled oats)

Black Forrest Gâteau

Serves 2:

80g Rolled oats

160mL Milk of choice

1 Tbs Yogurt

2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp Sugar

Pinch of salt

100g Frozen cherries

1 tsp Honey

Yogurt for topping

Chocolate for topping (optional)

Black forrest Overnight Oats
Melt in the middle chocolate pudding porridge

Pear & Almond Tart

90g Rolled oats
150mL Milk of choice
2 Tbsp Yogurt
2 Tbsp Ground almonds
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

1 Pear
10g Butter
Almond butter for topping
Chopped almonds for topping

Pumpkin Spiced Latte Porridge

Pumpkin Spice Latte

1 Small pumpkin

40g Rolled oats

250mL Milk of choice

1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground

1/2 Ginger, ground

2 Tbs Maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Double espresso

Milk froth for topping (optional)

Tiramisu

Serves 4:

1 Egg
125g Mascarpone
25g Sugar
150mL Coffee
90g Rolled Oats (equal volume to the coffee)
1 Tbs Yogurt
2 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Honey
Pinch of salt
Cocoa powder for dusting

Smallest pinch of ground cloves
1 tsp Vanilla extract

75mL Milk of choice

1 Tbs Yogurt

1 tsp Honey

Pinch of salt

1 Tbsp Almonds, ground

3 dried apricots

2 Dates

1 tsp Dried currants

1 tsp Dried raisins

1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Flaked almonds for topping
